Pre-Order Full Payment

• Upon game pre-order cancellation more than THREE (3) days before game release, pre-order payment will be refunded in FIVE (5) working days.
• You may not change or cancel the pre-ordered game if it is less than THREE (3) days BEFORE the Game's Official Release Date Announced by the Game Publisher, regardless of when the game arrives in store.
• Please include your contact number & email address during the checkout process.
• Customers who pre-ordered their game will have a 90-day period to collect their game after it is made available to purchase in-store.
• After NINETY (90) days, the game pre-ordered is considered canceled & pre-order payment is forfeited.

Pre-Order Delivery Option

• Change in delivery or pick-up option on release date will not be accepted. Request must be done at least 1 business day before product release date to ensure smooth delivery and process.
